Galenio Patient is operated by Language Solutions s.r.o., Company ID 19590024, Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic. These Terms apply to the Patient service and do not govern the separate Doctor or Hospital products.

Galenio Patient is a communication, translation, visit-preparation, health-information organisation, document-management and controlled-sharing tool. A Patient Account is a long-term account unless the user deletes it under the available account process.

A Patient Account is a personal store of information supplied or selected by the patient. It does not replace the official medical records maintained by a healthcare provider.

Galenio is not a healthcare provider and does not diagnose, recommend or decide treatment, perform triage, determine whether a condition is urgent, replace a healthcare professional or provide emergency, legal or insurance advice.

Do not use Galenio to seek emergency help. In Czechia, call 155 or 112 in a life-threatening emergency and follow the instructions of emergency services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a standalone Patient Account. A person below that age may not create a standard standalone account. Any guardian-account mode is subject to separate terms and availability.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Acceptance of these Terms, acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy and any consent required for a distinct purpose are legally separate and must not be treated as one blanket consent.

You decide what information and documents to add. Only provide data you are entitled to provide and do not upload another person's data without appropriate authority. Information entered in medical forms is self-reported information for a healthcare visit and is not a diagnosis or medical assessment by Galenio.

Where sharing is available, you select the categories and documents to share with a healthcare provider. Review the scope, recipient and any expiry before creating access. You remain responsible for choosing what to share, and providers decide independently how to assess information they receive.

Translations may be generated automatically using AI or machine translation through api.galenio.app in Galenio's Google Cloud environment and may contain errors, omissions or inaccurate medical terminology. Important medical information should be verified with a healthcare professional or qualified interpreter.

Language Solutions s.r.o. does not guarantee that an automated translation is complete, accurate or suitable for a medical, legal, insurance or emergency purpose.

You must use the service lawfully. You must not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, misuse another person's information or use the service to infringe rights or applicable law.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or service development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features requiring legal, privacy, medical-device or AI review may remain disabled until that review is complete.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at tomaskroupa@galenio.app. A complete self-service deletion control is not currently available. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach, security risk or legal requirement. Deletion and any limited post-deletion retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Language Solutions s.r.o. is not responsible for independent decisions made by users, healthcare providers, insurers or other third parties, or for consequences of relying on an automated translation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules and jurisdiction rights remain unaffected. Questions can be sent to tomaskroupa@galenio.app.

Material changes may require renewed acceptance after login. The current version is published at the canonical Terms URL. Acceptance of Terms, acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy and consent for any distinct optional purpose are separate actions.
